Based on a written request for early termination, OTP Leasing will send the lessee an indicative offer for early termination of the lease agreement (such offer is issued no later than the 25th day of the month and remains valid until the end of the month).
The text of the offer for early termination of the agreement contains all further information necessary for the early termination if the lessee chooses to proceed with it. The third and each subsequent offer for early termination of the lease agreement in a calendar year are subject to a fee according to the Fees and Expenses Schedule.
