OTP Leasing offers this form of financing where the lessee and the vendor are the same person.
It is used in case the lessee finds the desired leased asset abroad and wishes to import it and have it financed through leasing.
In that case, the lessee imports the leased asset to Croatia and then sells it to OTP Leasing with which it enters into a lease agreement for that asset.
